VidTech Money Back Guarantee (the "VidTech Guarantee")  

 

We are so confident in Videoms effectiveness at closing the time gap between listing and closing...that we'll put our money where our mouth is.

 

We'll give you a full refund if three things occur:

 

1. It's your first Videom

2. You post your VidTech Guaranteed Videom on CREXi (although we suggest you also post it everywhere to get the most value)

3. After 30 days, you feel you didn't get the full value you paid, and then some (thus no love)

 

If you meet these 3 criteria and you don’t love your Videom, simply reach out to us within 15 days after your 30-Day Guarantee Period by emailing: Guarantee@VidTech.com, and let us know where we went wrong on your Videom. And we will gladly refund your payment in full...no further questions asked. 

 

Qualifying Terms and Conditions - AKA The Fine Print

(We don't like these conditions, but our legal nerds made us include them)

 

Eligibility For a Refund:

 

1. The VidTech Guaranteed Videom: must be for a Commercial Real Estate property.

2. Videom must be posted, visible, and live on the CREXi website for the duration of the Guarantee Term, commencing within seven (7) days of receipt of Videom, to be eligible for the Guarantee. 

3. The VidTech Guaranteed Videom must be the first Videom purchased by the Client. Any refund amount will be equal to the total amount paid to VidTech for this purchase.  

4. To receive a refund, Client agrees to provide VidTech, Inc. with their name, company name, complete contact information, property address (must match address of Subject Property of the qualifying VidTech Videom), and listing expiration date.  

5. VidTech Guarantee Term shall commence on the date that the Videom is delivered to Client ("VidTech Guarantee Commencement Date") and Terminate 30 days after that ("VidTech Guarantee Expiration Date"). 

6. If the property that is the subject of the VidTech Guaranteed Videom has entered into a transaction within the Guarantee Term, there will be no eligibility for a refund.     

7. Any property that is the subject of the VidTech Guaranteed Videom that has been sold, leased, transferred, or withdrawn from the market, shall not be eligible for a refund.
